Our 2025 Spring Celebratory 5K will be held on Boston Common!

On Saturday, May 31st, after 8 weeks of confidence-building, smile-inducing, movement-making Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programming, 5,000 5K participants will take to the streets of Back Bay to complete 3.1 joyful miles. Traveling from all over Eastern Massachusetts, girls from nearly 200 teams will descend on this iconic Boston venue to share in the accomplishments of the spring season!

You can join the movement and be a part of the celebration!
